(Permanently) Under Construction
It really is way too tempting to put a big animated graphic of some old stick man with a shovel digging a hole in the electron plane here.
But I'll resist.
I've been working on constructing my part of the web since late winter of 1999. I think it may have actually been January, but who's counting, eh?
I really don't even remember when I started, but it is truly a passion now, nearly six years later. I have had the opportunity to work and speak with some of the greatest minds building the web. I have truly been fortunate.
I've included some href's (too cool to say "links", right?) on the - you guessed it - links page. Stuff that's important to me, and perhpas it will at some time be important to you as well. I always said I'd never put up a links page, but you know it boosts your Google ranking, right?
Did someone say Google?
I've been playing a virtual stock market investment game at virtualstockexchange.com. They give you around $1M of monopoly-money. Google has done quite well for me. This is a phenomenon to be experienced only on the web. I guess that's what I love about this whole internet thing. You can do so much, for absolutely nothing, all the while pretending that you're having a real life. Woo-hoo!
